CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

When you book a tour, we schedule guides and staff for your adventure. As a result we require a 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of tours.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your reserved tour time. If you arrive late and we have to start your tour without you we will make every effort to put you on a later tour.

GROUPS AND SPECIAL OUTINGS

SHOULD I TIP MY GUIDES ?

Our guides are professionally trained to ensure that you have an enjoyable, safe and memorable experience. Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated!

WEATHER POLICY

Even if there is bad weather where you are, that does not necessarily mean there is bad weather at Canopy Ridge Farm. Truly magical tours have occurred before, during and after a passing summer shower. We zipline rain or shine and provide disposable rain ponchos free of charge to all guests. We may postpone tours in order to allow for weather systems to pass and we will contact you if we are certain your tour will not run. If you have concerns about the weather, please give us a call. We are very flexible with rescheduling and refunds should a storm system move through during your reserved time.

Release of Liability

All participants are required to sign an acknowledgment of risk and release of liability waiver before your scheduled tour. Children under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them. Without parental consent and signature minors will not be permitted on the tour and will not be refunded.
